Figures were created in October 2020 by Virgile, who was fed up with not having relevant compensation data for the start-up market in France, which led to endless discussions, negotiations, and therefore tons of internal inequality. They tackled this issue by creating the first compensation benchmark product for start-ups & scale-ups in 8 European countries.
